Justice maraga and majority of the supreme erred in not reading their full reading but by giving summarized version of their ruling whilst allowing justice ojwang and njoki proceeded to read their full version hence in the court of “public” opinion they are heroes their judgement not withstanding wangesoma wore hata kama ingechukua 96hrs!
Their full ruling was published on soft copy. Its still very short so by an hour or two it had already been read in detail. Alot of mistakes, contradictory judgements and fake forms were sighted. Within six hours the site went down. The next day it was up with another version of the ruling which had changed the glaring mistakes and switched the forms as well.
