Never borrow money to anyone, even to “friends” or relatives. There are banks and other financial institutions for that. How many times I was burnt I can’t even imagine, especially al that related stress with waiting for outcome of this. Never again LOL

Nugu fulani ilikua karibu kuwa discontinued from campus after failing to pay $1000. Initially he had deferred so time was catching up fast. Ikadai niisaidie, which I did since we are related but a contract was drawn. Now he has failed to honor the contract despite being capable of doing so. I wonder if he knows what kind of legal danger he is in.

Kenyans are difficult in honoring contracts and paying debts. Mimi kwanza these days sikopeshani pesa , and in business …for the consultancy work i do
1.I demand 60% down payment, that is after inflating the initial figure so ukilipa 60% ni kama umelipa “full” , this is to take care of defaulters.
2.If am dealing with an Indian , i ask for 100% payment before-hand, Akikataa anatembea, sitaki stress.
3.Avoid individuals as much as possible, corporates are better

I don’t want to find myself taking people to court and wasting time over 50k or such figures, ama kununua shoka nikate mtu

Maybe hana pesa but I think the best loans should be provided with collaterals of a higher amount. A win for all of you. Mimi iko mtu nlikopesha 13k nika ahidiwa endmonth. Come endmonth I only got 6k. Hio seven imekua rumours and hearsay sasa.

It’s been hurting me since February this year. I operate a barbershop n malimali shop somewhere in Thika .
Fwd::: kuna this lady operating a butchery next to my job , yani tuko same building . She opened the butchery Choma zone last year December n I was a good customer in her shop kukula ugali matumbo au Choma. I requested I be supplying her with gas since she would refill the cylinder in 3 days , the 1st two weeks she was punctual in payment, then akaanza kudelay kulipa, nikazusha akalipa half akabaki na deni ya 2400/= , mbwa ya MTU ikaanza kuchukua gas kwingine ikisema nauza half filled cylinders .
