From user experience…have stairs zenye zitatoshea 3 seater na kitanda ya 4x6 for moving…weka rooftop ikue ndo tenants wanaanika manguo…have a spacious balcony ya watoi kuchezea na mzee wa nyumba kuota jua akikula kwa macho…weka large windows which have un-obstructed view…choo ikue spacious pia na iwe ya kukalia kuuphold hygiene…kama unaweka tiles kwa floor hakikisha sio zile smooth and shiny za kuangusha watu…showers hakikisha hao mafundi wamefix hizo vitu vizuri si wajua (maji+binadamu+stima=death)…generally hakikisha electrical sockets are well fixed - qualified electrical fundis…kazi ya painting pia ifanywe professionally sio kumwaga mwaga rangi ovyo na kupaint non-straight designs…hakikisha walls are not leaking…etc

Also…garbage management…have a space on each floor ya kumanage takataka…or a central place kwa ground floor yenye haitanukisha building.

kuna some niliona kihunguro ya kikuyu,bedsitter unaweza weka bed tatu,i believe it has to do with plot size…nmebook moja yenye iko na balcony facing jkia,ama wewe si mtu ya pipeline?
