I can bear testimony to that. I have seen Meru chicks who were close friends almost killing each other because of a man in a pub. Mind you the guy was just a stranger who had just visited on a working mission. He approached the first lady who was drinking in that pub and they talked a bit and then the girl left to get something. Her friend came in and the guy called her to the table. Just as they are talking, girl 1 comes back and finds guy and girl 2 chatting and laughing. Girl 1 gets worked up and starts a fight with her friend and the scene turns into bloody hell. The police had to intervene and the pub was closed as early as 8pm. Merus are really temperamental.
