ex uk is a scam buzzword. so what will you do if you buy an ex uk alright, but uko UK it’s your ordinary shite supermarket bike? if you may, second hand from big brands won’t hurt, that’s your best bet. 30k you can get a very nice rig, but you’ll have to dig around and know what you are looking for
btw, for a noob, it sucks to tell sellers your budget. let them show you what they got, and list their prices. that way you won’t overbuy shit that costs less
ama if you want to forego all the hassle (which is good, as it will inform you more about bikes, as this will be helpful down the line), just go and get yourself a Raleigh, i think Raleigh East Africa have some for around that budget. new quality bikes with entry to mid level shimano (amongst other ok brands) components, so, it’s the best bang for your buck.
