Open your eyes, yes many judges are corrupt but it’s the courageous judges who followed the law to the letter who are being targeted.

Justices Mumbi Ngugi (who ruled that state officers facing corruption charges should not attend office) and George Odunga (who ruled against BBI, Security Amendment Bill, Miguna deportation) were bypassed for appointment to the Court of Appeal.

Uhuru and Raila want to take us back to the dark era of Nyayo House.

What you don’t understand is that there’s a procedure and protocol for dealing with corrupt judges. If that procedure isn’t followed it creates institutional weaknesses.

Otherwise we might go the way of Colombia where Pablo Escobar set fire to an entire court building since it didn’t favour him or Ghana where Jerry Rawlings arrested judges and executed them by firing squad.

What is the procedure and where do you get it? So if a Judge kills, then you report him to the JSC? If an mp steals, then we send him to the psc first? JSC is just an employer. So is the PSC and TSC. What happens if the deputy president is to be prosecuted? Where will he be taken?

The constitution creates order in any society e.g. compare how the political order was in Kenyatta,Moi and now, there are things that Uhuru Kenyatta cannot do,compare Kenya to Uganda or South Sudan.That is why the most progressive countries in the world have very progressive constitutions. Legal scholars also put in a lot of research in designing a constitution and it ends up as an encyclopedia for law where they can reference. Constitutions also take a lot of historical mistakes, cultural history etc and are a lifes work for lawyers.That is why Uhuru Kenyatta has been publicly thrashed by lawyers,2 CJs and many lawyers around the country,he is a fool who does not understand how much a lot of brains and effort it takes to create a constitutional order

If you dont know the meaning of the word progressive and example of progressive countries and can’t Google countries with the best constitutions even with google doing the thinking for you,then your lack of understanding may be due to illiteracy,brain malformation or ‘umang’aa’-a person who is stubborn and foolish at the same time and persists in spite of the world throwing signs at him to change.The blame is not on your primary school teachers or google or your guardians but on you.You are unable to function well at high order thinking hence can’t think critically or argue based on evidence, your peers are in circles in jevanjee gardens/city hall annex.
