Hon. lusweti Mukwe was a great leader. As a councillor and Chairman of Bungoma County Council he served well.
As MP for kabuchai he also tried his best despite health problems. He moved a motion that all schools should have qualified bursars. He utilized CDF well too.
At a personal level despite the extreme pain he would suffer due to Athritis and gout ,which would sometimes make him shout and wince in pain, he was a good man. He could buy you drinks and was very down to earth.
He often wore sandals and grey suits which he seemed to prefer.
