There are limits to certain behaviour, persistent harassment and personal threats interfere with a members ability to participate in the community, harassment done through private conversations highlights malice and an intent to cause harm. It doesn’t mater what status or level of contribution a member has, one should not be able to hold the community at ransom and force their reinstatement.Is the community at the mercy of an individual?
