When am I getting out of this shit hole? Saw in today’s paper the unashamed PS wa transport anasema Sigiri bridge collapsed due to unsupervised construction and I asked myself, kwani haikujulikana supervision inatakikana?

Sigiri Bridge collapsed due to failure in following construction sequence…this point out to lack of supervision and or collusion between the supervising team and the contractor.
