Mangele:
He’s a survivor…you can too.
• In May 2017, Lokaale lost his appetite, developed unbearable stomach pain, became weak and rapidly lost weight
• What followed was a long and expensive journey of chemotherapy painfully familiar to many Kenyans with a relative with cancer

The father of two and family breadwinner worked at Milima Tatu Dispensary in Turkana North as a counselor in HIV care and treatment.
Lokaale, who lives in Katilu, Turkana South, got a medical report in 2017 indicating he had been diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. He thought it was the end of his life.
He said his wife texted that he would die in hospital, and if it happens that he survives, he should marry another woman. She subsequently left with the kids.
When Lokaale shared with his siblings and close friends, he learned that people had already misled his wife that “cancer is a death sentence and your husband will not survive, he will die soon”.
“She was told: ‘You are wasting your time and little resources that you have to save a life that cannot be cured. Let him die in hospital, you look for another man who will take care of you and your children’,” Lokaale said.
Man beats stage 3 cancer after wife fled with treatment funds
Very good for him. Stage 3 sio mchezo.
But I think in his shoes he should refrain from announcing victory and embarking on a media tour, especially just 2 years after diagnosis.
Recurrence is quite common.
I hope he beats it totally though.

Don’t worry about things you have no control over…There is a story of this guy who stopped smoking for over six years, saved the money and bought car…then died in a road accident. The story may be true or a hoax but I have driven my point home.

Why are guys fearing cancer? Is it worse than a dog bite? Or dying of malaria? Is cancer worse than dying of hunger in north eastern, losing a kg each month until only your skeleton remains, while alive?
Should we leave our comfort zones just because a few rich people have died of cancer? the poor have been dying of malaria since the beginning if time and we never make noise about it.
Kenyans are so poor that they think the Rich are gods, should not die.
Kenyans are surprised how a Rich person can die of cancer.

From another perspective…why do u think the govt is reluctant to declare it a national disaster, why do u think there is no specialized hospital for all this. Why do u think mtu kama ule billionaire DJ afadhali atumie 1 trillion kujenga mall badala ya specialised cancer center. Iko kitu inaitwa hiv complications. Sitaki kusema kuna mtu ako nayo but most of the times it is the common denominator in most “cancer” deaths/illnesses.
Anyway, tuachie mungu ii maneno.
boss eh, labbish. sawa? labbish.
watu ya dini kujeni hapa,.Has your god decided to do away with the apocalypse and ferk people up with cancer?
Kwani siku hizi umehamia KC ukaacha Gibleys?
hapa ni kurenounce modernity and go back to the primitive way of living.

Cancer is here to make us equal,
Malaria, hunger, dog bites can be treated successfully.
With cancer money and the best healthcare might not help you. That’s the difference.
That said, I have never seen a single intelligent comment from you.

You don’t deserve any intelligent comment from me. Intelligent comments are reserved for intelligent people. I don’t throw my pearls to swines
You can’t turn intelligence on and off.
So sit down at your corner, shut up and don’t infect us with your foolishness.
