Part of the problem is that as the case wears on, so do the demurrage charges. Furthermore, any vehicle that has been in a CFS for more Than 30 days also gets custom bonded. For which payment must be made. Add to the cost of re-shipping back the vehicles at the owners cost… Is it worth the risk? Nope.
