not a myth. its a fact. for men it lowers the sperm count and soon one become seedless / importent. for ladies it just spoil your vagina. it will sag become loose na hapo ndo your husbund / boyfriend atasema wewe ni mtaro

Talking about facts huh? If you don’t know something why not google or at least ask? This is probably the most ignorant post I have ever read on these forums. It also doesn’t help that you can’t correct your spellings and typos.

As a matter of fact "cheki maneno " is going to inspire so many of us to start exercising with bicycles. Which is good, another score for the village. Keep it up @The.Black.Templar.

Ok forgive my spellings. I knew this even before i knew what is google. http://road.cc/content/news/28391-five-hours-cycling-week-makes-your-sperm-less-active-says-study https://arm.coloradowomenshealth.com/doctors-blog/bicycling-affect-male-fertility/ in moderation is ok but regularly and especially on long distance boss your balls

Thats a lie bana…the Internet has all sorts of truths, half truths and utter lies…if I Google the dangers of walking too much…najua nitapata…should that then become the truth?

@The.Black.Templar nini huwa ndani ya hako kachupa kwa bike

Well it was the first time I saw that and I just felt for them…actually ata I had to force her to take the money. Atleast my conscience is clear that I did not leave them without nay assistance at all.
