why do people keep blaming Maraga? Kwani Maraga ndiye ako in charge of collecting evidence and prosecuting cases?

The Judiciary is taking forever to hear and determine cases, as they say justice delayed is justice denied. Maraga should borrow a leaf from framers of the constitution, set strict timelines for corruption cases, it makes no sense having a case in court for more than 4 years, for instance the NYS 1, the Okemo-Gichuru extradition, NYS II pia is moving at snail’s pace.

If the Judiciary concluded cases in the 12month max best practice they themselves espouse Kenyans would be able to train their guns at the other weak points like the ODPP and DCI.

how is the judiciary to blame for that when the executive slashed their budget to punish them for ordering for re-election? Slashing their budgets means that they cannot build more courts or finish those they were constructing and also they cannot hire more judges. without those, if they prioritise only some cases then other cases will suffer

In all those cases mentioned above investigations are on going while some are before courts of law. No stones will be left unturned.
