No Jet fuel is highly flammable when atomized. If it’s sitting in a tank it’s safe.
So spilling it carelessly and it starts to evaporate that vapor is highly flammable. One spark or static charge could incinerate someone.
So I don’t buy the idea that it was spilled.
What I believe this fuel is being siphoned and being sold in Uganda and Tanzania and as far as DRC for cheap.
