I have never had problems with refunding the money from PayPal. They even helped me to refund the money that some companies didn’t want to refund the money. I am a freelancer, I edit videos and people pay me on PayPal accounts that I bought on [COLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0)]CVV shop. I use it very often and I went through different situations when I had to refund the money. Whenever I had a problem I was calling the customer service and after I explained to them my problem they immediately refunded the money. The main problem is that it is very hard to make a verified account since the last security update.
