This is one war the judiciary cannot win. In fact Maraga says he is being threatened by the executive eti they were told "we shall deal with you ". Then in his wisdom he “tells” the legislature “tukutane kwa appeal” ! Wtf. In fact a petitioner only needs to present that statement and media clips while filing petition and ask some judges to recuse themselves. Sema own goal.

He clearly brought up that issue based on what happened in Kirinyaga where Karua’s team was blocked from entering the law courts so he was calling for a proactive NPSC because of the 339 petitions that await.
