Hessy was a death squad, not one person. So, Hessy certainly never died. They probably re-strategised when human rights activists started meddling with their affairs. I know because I once witnessed the group killing two thugs in cold blood after a nasty car-chase and they took photos which later surfaced online.
I know a death squad when I see one.

Military grade teargas for crowd control and concealed bullet proof vests under their shirts. Only one unit has such firepower as standard issue lakini siwaambii hiyo.
