You don’t have to cut out wheat products or even milk. Nunua mkate ya brown, kuna moja inaitwa selecta that I love a lot and have it with an egg in the morning. Lunch enda kwa ndegwa ujibonde na mandondo mukimo na pocha wahed ya brown. Supper eat a light sukuma or cabbage dinner na ugali ya mutu wa githii halafu a snack ya nduma ama ngwace. Life is good.

Mi hukamata kaugali with a lot of spinach na Sukuma for breakfast then naingia kukemea taifa.@Lunch hata sisikii njaa, then kachai ya Soya masaa kumi na moja.Supper na alternate na minchi with brown rice, beans, njahi,mothokoi and the likes kiasi.
