The AG has discretion to admit though. He’ll probably be admitted to practise under that section. I think 11.

It’s interesting that Haji went for Qureshi though. I know he’s good before ICJ and great at commercial arbitration but a PIL guy to prosecute corruption cases? This should be interesting to watch.
