There is no harm in having them on the ballot as the constitution requires, and in any case the supreme court didn’t name the candidates to be on the ballot papers, or otherwise we will be continuously on litigation for the next five years.

I’m so glad that the Maraga courts are no longer easily intimidated like kitambo. Aukot deserves to be in the ballot.

There was a time I though it funny when every Tom, Dick and Harry were rushing to declare themselves presidential candidates and demanding vip protections and trappings as they campaigned, heck, they even once demanded to be included in the main presidential debates (and went to court and won) something that does not happen anywhere else in the world.
I don’t think its funny anymore. When will there be consequences for taking frivolous cases to court? Like someone obtaining less than 0.1% of the vote demanding to be included in the re-run?
Its not rocket science that courts need to be dealing with serious issues only.
