It is not about UN, it was the theft of public resources by a few in the Goverment. The controls in South Sudan were so poor that an individual could be allocated a departmental budget to manage in his account. The rain started beating them after the war due to the dwindling oil revenue. The few resources are now reserved to the few in power.
I agree with the sentiments expressed here… True stories… these guys are simply mad and thiiiick!! But we are docile and never mistreat them here whereas they even kill foreigners for silly reasons in SS… The stories I have heard are just scaaaaaring!!
