That’s an error message, it doesn’t have sufficient information to identify the cause of the problem. Do the following:
- Use the instructions posted by @Deorro to open your Temp folder.
- On the search box, type bitrock*. Log to search for postgre install log files.
- Sort by date in descending order and locate the latest file.
- Open the file in 3 above using a text editor and locate the error message you posted earlier. Copy the most relevant parts of it and post here.
