Once you go DIY, you enter the freedom zone of toying with alot of things around.
Last completed DIY : Mounting the tv on the wall plus a double DVD shelf. Like in this sales Sample:

Current DIY: Replacing the crappy Japanese stereo with a tablet.
Next DIY: Installing photo cells on all the outside lighting to avoid having to remember to switch them off in the morning. To also avoid the compound remaining dark if i am late in coming home.
