@Yvonne-swirry , siyo wewe pekee getting tortured. There are some good food that have been shown here so far. Ile ilinishinda ni ile ya green worms from Botswana, @Abba ame post hapo juu. I believe nime ona couscous hapo ndani ya Atagwah.

Those worms are also eaten here in Namibia, they call them mopani worms. I tasted them once and never tried them again, i doubt i will ever eat cuisines involving worms. I don’t think that’s couscous…that should be some kind of veggie.

Sawa… on the couscous, just thought it was mixed with something green.
On mopani I agree, ikaye.

@Abba , Hizo chakula zote ume tuonyesha, I would love to eat. Hizo za Ghana ni pepper hot and I believe very tasty.

Lakini bwana, hiyo ya mwisho from Botswana ilinishinda kula huko Gabs. They hid those green things in a vegetable stew that was really nice, at a hotel lunch buffet. As soon as I saw hizo vitu na macho, appetite ilipotea. I know they are healthy lakini haziwezi kuingi mdomo ya huyo mzee.

Trust me when you try it you won’t leave it .Had the same feeling about a food called “mbahal” from Gambia when I was at Banju on some trip.
You can tell them to smash it or you can wear googles. but they are nice
