BISS keys are not the panacea. It’ll receive purely FTA channels. Whenever you mention the issue of ‘keys’ haitawezana na hiyo. Plus, it cannot be patched. It’s a buy only if you’re on a tight budget. My recommendation would be to save some more and get that 4922 or other FTA decoder.

No need to go for a tv with integrated DVB-S/S2 tuner then go ahead to get a DVB-S/S2 FTA decoder. That TV will most likely be more expensive than that without such a tuner.

The decoder on its own is capable of handling all sorts of channels.
