For those who want to lose weight

What are you saying boss?? You are just clueless.
Natural sugars are the best. Thats why they are recommended for diabetics. Diabetics are advised to drink sugarcane juice but are prohibited from taking processed sugar. Ask yourself why?

Where is it written that HIV carriers must be thin? Ama ni observation ya your uncircumcised HIV victims in your family?

You have no idea how the body processes sugars. Shut up with your pseudo half baked weight loss advice.

Lol sawasawa, carry on

Fake nutritionist everywhere. So preservative in processed sugar cause obesity and diabetes? Taking large quantities of any sugar or carbohydrates than your body requires is not good for your health. Ohh i hate that sugar cane juice, it is just like buying brown sugar and dilluting it to make a thick syrup.

Lift weights and do calisthenics at home. Cardio achia wanawake na @Azor Ahai

I don’t get this sugar bashing at all and the idea that all sugars are the same. First, your body needs sugar. It needs sugar so much that it produces insulin whose primary task is to take sugar inside the cells from the blood-stream. Diabetes is a problem simply because the sugar does not go to where they are needed, which is inside the cells.

The presence of such enzymes as amylase right inside the mouth is an indication that our bodies EXPECTS us to take in starch and carbohydrates. Civilizations have THRIVED on carbs. The Mayans, the Chinese and even the Romans lived on carbs. The gladiators in Rome were known as barley-men. Jesus even mentioned that man does not live on bread alone, using bread as the metaphor for food.

Then a new CRAZY idea comes from nowhere and overturns the nutritional reality of millennia using crazy and fashionable fads like Paleo! Human beings are mad.

Another madness is that all carbs are equal. Taking in junk food can never be the same as eating healthy food. Chips, soda and the like are metabolized DIFFERENTLY. For starters simple carbs are easily digested and easily depleted. Complex carbs takes time to digest, thereby entering the body in regulated, uniform fashion over time. Consequently, the glycemic index does NOT shoot up abruptly. These are BASICS of nutrition.

But anyway…as they say, choose your poison (but know that some foods are more poisonous).

Also, healthy eating is not about adding two months to your miserable life. Its about adding life into years and not years into life. But anyway… you have a right to be sick:)
