General Elections 2017...The Aftermath...

The dynamic duo should not give in to any of their demands, wakae ngumu, Raila anafikiria Kenya ni ya mamake?? Hayawan, iblis nyeusi!!!

Not yet baba. With 37polling stations to go Martin is leading with slightly over 2000 votes so it could swing any way.
Kithinji kiragu amesplit kura mingi za Marto

What’s usually do tasty in public office that one has to fight for 10+ years to get in, they claim they want to serve people and all manner of nice things.

Asiyekubali kushindwa si mshindani.

Naskia ako naba 3

they say they want to serve the people but when ousted they say its rigged we the people decide na pia wakienda court sisi kama voters tunapinga waende wakashute mbali

They demand to serve people, by force or by court?

huyu mjamaa si uongozi umemkataa yaani, from failed coup, kufinywa makende nyayo house, kushindwa hizi mara zote…mimi ningekuwa naponda mali huko bondo with the sweetness and niceness of retirement

maoni yangu ni the only time his rigging claims were genuine ni 2007, but yashangaza coz even in '97 when he was a distant 3rd he still claimed his votes were stolen

:)karibu kijini

it’s the cash flow during elections anapenda.

na wajue hata tukihesabu tena, margin bado ni kama @FieldMarshal CouchP predicted!

Since we know everyone is a political analyst. Here are my political predictions:

Jubilee might with us for longer than we thought. Jubilee has made significant strides into opponent territory with Narok, Kajiado, Lamu and Kwale governors hailing from the party. Most of the senators from N. Eastern area are flying the Jubilee flag. Furthermore, M.Ps from Kisii have also been elected with Jubilee. Therefore, Uncle DP Ruto has the started the journey towards 2022 with several allies in strategic areas. Messing around with the party would be have a bad impact.

It may be too early to rule anyone out as a spent force in the political arena. Ndwiga is back, Ngilu made it back, Kiraitu made it back, ole lenku made it. We might be in for surprises in the future especially for Kabogo, Munya, Hassan Omar.

Nairobi will be “fixed” properly courtesy of Jubilee because I suspect Kidero was being frustrated by those in power and he had a hard time managing party loyalties and national duties as governer of the county with the capital city

From the top of my head and in no particular order the biggest losers of these erections were: Babuon (terminal), Kalooser (terminal), Mudavadi, Karua, Kidero, Isaac Ruto, Kabogo, Munya, Maalim and PK.

Thigs must be particularly tough for The Iron Lady who helped hold Kibaki together in 2007, Martha Wangari Karua. She seemed destined for greater things only to be humiliated by a MWK.

As for PK, hubris has done him in. We prolly have heard the last of him. And then of course there’s Rutto, Maalim and Munya who, had they played the game a little differently, could have become tribal kingpins and negotiated for bigger pies. Hasta la vista, hombres!

hata takataka walimkataza kuokota?

Meanwhile huko twitter. Democracy ndio hii.

I really wanted Kidero to win.
With Babu Owino, Mbuvi and Jaguar in, Nairobi is doomed! Especially Babu.

This is a stupid fool. He’s not ready to die for democracy.
He’s a sad sycophant who’s willing to die for Raila’s pain.
He’s a stupid foooo

Quite true. It is especially interesting to note that those who ‘opposed the DP’ did so at their own peril like Munya, Kabogo and Rutto. It was quite seen that since the primaries the DP had a hand in trying to neutralize any impediments to his 2022 ambitions. Might still shape up after this poll and in the run up to 2022

H.E Muthamaki Uhuru Muigai wa Kenyatta, the husband of Margaret Gakuo and father of Jomo, Ngina and Jaba (na tubastards twingine sitasema) is now 17,700 votes shy of the 8 mirrions mark.
