Young man, the writing is on the wall. Green card applications take months or even years to process. No offense to you but the only way she can get one is by the DV lottery or through marriage to a citizen or green card holder. She doesn’t qualify for the other methods. Her aunt can’t help her, it’s impossible. Residents (green card holders) can only help their child or parent get a green card. You can’t have connections with US immigration. That’s an outright lie. In your case, she likely applied for the lottery last year and she was selected. Or, she’s planning to get married to someone already in US.
Either way, she is likely lying and wants you out of her life. Count your losses, LOL.
