I have two naked ( without a cover 500 gb hard disks that used to be detected by my laptop and my ps4 but of late zimekataa naskia tu sauti niki connect but nothing appears . Nifanye aje can it be sorted ama all is lost coz I have some very sensitive clients info ndani saidieni na solutions hata kama ni kuni reffer kwa mtu ataniokolea .

Sina freezer ama niweke kwa ile pot ya maji ya kunywa

ikisha anza kuclick hata the freezer trick does not work.
plus it is weird 2 hdds zimekufa at the same time. try a different cable. hio unasema ina run might be okay.
if you insist kuweka kwa freezer/ the freezer part of a 2 door fridge, make sure u wrap the hdd poa. after removing it keep it at room temp(or a jar of rice) for some time before connecting. to avoid condensation shorting the PCB.
