Seen the same setup at Mbaraki Sports Club. The security lights pole iko na both solar panel plus a ka wind turbine apo juu. In the evenings hako ka wind turbine kulikuwa kakizunguka mbaya. Meaning izo lights haziezi kuzimika juu the wind turbines take over the charging of the battery.

Sio marketing. Niliona jamaa ako na several na ni kama hobbyist hivi alafu anauza tools mob zile anatuma kutoka US. I figured out he might be willing to sell one. I am thinking sourcing a Chinese one locally could be a disaster knowing how businesses will often stock the worst quality.
