How Banking's Sole Black CEO was racially ousted

Just remember this, people may feel alot of things about victims but respect isn’t one of them. Even if they are the ones who point out or publicize your victimization.

This is the post of the year

Pitiful

It clearly shows systematic racism exists up to day and it is there to stay

Very few in Zurich you can count like 2 or 3 other people in a whole day. Been there before. Geneva is where there’s many black people it’s more of the cosmopolitan city while Zurich is more of a Swiss German more traditional city

Yes it’s there institutional racism. I lived there and witnessed many foreigners struggling even to just set up a normal business. So many blockages and requirements that most can’t meet. The few ones that manage to set up viable businesses also don’t get as much support. People like to shop from the already big established shops with big names. Then for jobs one’s race already disqualifies them especially tech, Stem related jobs … Only in Geneva you will find black expatriates, UN, Multinational employees who live very comfortable lives. Otherwise most of the normal foreigners are really struggling.

It’s not personal, it’s business.

When will people get around to that fact
