White expats are doing this all over Africa, but we are the ones to blame since its us who let them. I came to learn that almost all of these expats are almost worthless back in their countries so they come to Africa pretending to be highly skilled and are somehow appointed to very well paying positions. We had one at my former workplace as an “operations manager” piggybacking off the locals work while stumbling from one mistake to the other for a good 2 and a half years until he was eventually let go and went back to his country where he tried the same position at a similar company but did not last 3 months and is now a local policeman.
