Me thinks that Safaricom should do more. Say like 1. If the guys withdraws anapewa notice ya 72 hrs arudishe la sivyo anakuwa listed na CRB.

2. his name is blacklisted from future transactions with Safaricom be it Mshwari, Mpesa, Ikoa jahazi,you name it.

3. His name forwarded to DCI for certificate of good conduct application rejection

At the moment if you withdraw funds not belonging to you,your mpesa is blocked by safcom

Iphone 6sPlus does score poorly in this sector. It treats Mpesa notifications as Class 0 messages. All i see is the senders name very briefly before a " Dismiss+Reply" menu shows up.
