Simple answer is NO- there’s nothing you can do about it. Second answer is maybe, but you have to first know what network/security appliances/devices they’re using, but even then, it may be impossible to beat the system.
It happens in most organisations. In my organisation, they have blocked all social media sites and the betting sites.
Anyway to overcome this install Psiphon3. I use Psiphon (even right now) to access all blocked sites.
Alternatively, you can use Hotspot Shield (I used it in campo).
