That vest can only withstand å 9 mm bullet lakini ikipata 7.62 mm hio kifua inakuwa kichungi ånd take not those vests dont protect you from dying but to minimise injuries.
Are there some that can protect against both?
The normal blue ones in colour but very heavy and cumbersome to use in close quarter battles dakitari.
there is a vest that can protect you from 7.62 x 39 /or even a more powerful bullet as long as they are not armour piercing. They are more expensive and heavier. However, nothing can protect you from 50 cal isipokuwa an armoured vehicle.

Is training a result of how lethal a force is? I met a guy from NYS some years back but no matter how I pressed he wouldn’t reveal what he went through during training. Swali ni what happens to guys when they join the forces?

Am a combat games guy, all these fancy gadgets like smoke grenades, night vision, armored shields, dummy robots, thermal imaging huexist kweli? Ama huwa hekaya?

They are somewhat abused. Put down and made to submit and not to ask questions. For a man who previously knew freedom and independence, its embarrasing to even think abt it.
