I think for him it was more of a pr disaster leading to the nominations that did him in, but when it comes to healthcare he did a fantastic job, controlling hawkers and trying to bring order that one he also did a good job, garbage collection and cleaning of the streets that also was great, and as for the business taxes, him increasing and being sued has meant that traders have not paid the same for the past 2 years, so a positive , though the same might be backdated when it comes to pay.
I think for kiambu, its more a case of cutting the nose to spite the face
