Si kwa ubaya but having plot10 investments brings you these kind of headaches. Had you built descent houses you wouldn’t be facing some issues like these.
Are you fed up kabisa ?otherwise you could put up nice studios even if it’s just 4 or 6 studios that would give you good constant income. Start small and accumulate money.
Or is the place still in a undeveloped area?

In ruaka if you develop 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with quality finishes you can sell them of for 6 to 8m … you only need to sell 2 to get the amount he is asking for.

So earlier I had said I have some mabati rentals ,hapa rwaka chini few minutes drive to two rivers mall…The problem with cheap houses is that you deal with all manner of semi-literate citizens… Sema headache, wakihama hawasemangi,end month huwa inafika nikienda huko napata nyumba moja haina mse ,I had a caretaker but he was a thief as f**k.
Another option was to entrust an agent …which made everyone to vacate ,seems watu wengi hawapendi agent. The rentals sits on a 100*100 plot ,water is available & electricity ,tarmac road,rent is 50k when all the houses are occupied.
Ideal place to construct an apartment.
Going for 12 million negotiable… Brokers pia mkuje I will give you 3%.
Ready title deed just a transfer.

Try housing finance… or better yet start saving with sacco that is affiliated to nachu. You can easily secure a loan individual loan from nachu that is 5 times the amount you have saved and you sacco will gurantee your loan.
