Patents are internationally recognized. To get very unique products, one must have a unique process. So most times, the patentable element is a process. You also cant patent an idea by the way. You also need to demonstrate how your process is unique and different. For instance coca cola havent patented their beverage per se but the process of making their cola. There are other cola beverages. So in your case, i guess its going to be a bendover responsibility if you need the idea to work for you. All the best…

Sorry…I didnt explain well. The SA organization has already designed the product from recycled plastics. I was planning to do the same in kenya.
