Bei iko sawa, shida ni nataka kujua kama ni ya wizi. Is there a way you can do a check for the IMEI no. uone kama its been reported stolen or something in that line

I was conned on a hot olx deal due to carelessness of my friend who was supposed to receive the phone for me.
Buy the phone, change imei (you can root it) and you will forget about the tracking stuff.
