The court will determine if the irregularities are massive or not. if they are, brace yourself for 2nd January 2018 when we will hold a third election on this matter. If there are few or no irregularities the court will not cancel the vote. And of course if the irregularities are few Raila will be declared PORK

Who is punishing who? The court laid all blame to the IEBC in its ruling, why don’t you first show your disgust at the way Chebukati and IEBC conducted these elections? Why don’t you show disgust and hatred towards those that erred? Why place blame on a referee or the person that sought justice? Tupatane kwa debe! UOTP

This time round as soon as iebc declares UK winner he should gazette a public holiday and have any of the High Court or Supreme Court judges swear him in. It’s not a must that Maraga does it. RAO goes to Supreme Court as usual. Next day a vote of no confidence against SC is passed in Parliament and the Senate thereafter. At the same time a federal probe into the SCOK should be underway looking for evidence of collusion with NASA. Once this motion is passed overwhelmingly by JP majority house and senate, all of them except Ndungu and Ojwang, led by CJ Maraga sent home for good.
