It is the same net effect, wananchi will pay whether through taxes or use of the services. In other words, money hard earned in Kenya will go towards the profits on these French companies. The real winner: the French, now if the French had committed X billion euros towards the purchase of Kenyan products or given the same as a grant, it would be a true win-win solution.
All I see is French corporations getting good business. What about the converse, Kenyans getting good business from France?
