Over the years of my employment, i have seen figures who are so entitled to the extent of feeling that a company can’t survive without their presence.
Lakini ole wao, companies have systems, and they’re people waiting to replace whomever.

All companies, govts, parastatals rely on good talented leadership, never underestimate talent or think knowledge can replace it. Many claim they can but lack originality they just copy paste what others are doing.
