The Controller of Budget hasnt released any money to Tullow, there is no money set aside in the budget to pay Tullow, hio yako ni conspiracy theory. The more likely scenario would be Tullow conspiring with our thieving politicians and elite to undereport the oil pumped out of our wells, it is more likely that those wells have alot more oil than we are being told, not less.
