Mpaka hizi nugu za Somalia zenye zimejazana hapa Kenya kama panya, fwack Gatheca amekua kama Trump kila mtu anamwonyesha finga

I’m surprised all of you are clueless on this.

UNSC is important to Kenya or Djibouti because of the ocean maritime dispute in Lamu. Kenya wants the border to remain as is while Somali and Djibouti want it changed. UNSC seat under Kenya favours us in passing UN resolution and conversing for influence on that matter at the UNSC that ultimately is the supervisor of ICC where the border case is to be decided.

Djibouti hopes Somali wins and they extend their maritime border as well with Somaliland that broke away as independent from Somali. Djibouti has france, usa, japan and China all have bases there barely 5 miles apart. They have literary ran out of enough space.

However the status case will remain as is. Changing the border creates conflict to all borders not just this one. Next it will be us and Tz border being adjusted. Tz and Mozambique, Mozambique and SA. You know President Uhuru record against aggression in our borders as been cowardly at best. They know the easiest way to get concessions from us is to beat or take on Kenyans and we cave in immediately.

This UNSC seat was supposed to be an easy task for Kenya. However Djibouti and Somali exposed our light weight foreign affairs teams in government and state house. Monica juma was a disaster as FM. Couldn’t even control the narrative against Somali. Moving CS Amina was a big mistake. Even PS Kamau should have remained at UN HQ not PS currently. President Uhuru has favour with China and USA leaders but can’t cultivate that relations for votes on this simple seat. We had to do global throttling to get votes from Serbia, Russia, central america, south America and Africa to be ahead.

Very good elaboration,
lakini hapa Kenyans are so engrossed on local politics, they think it’s a win for Uhuru… so most Tanga Tanga minions are openly hoping Kenya loses .
Our politics has blinded us so much.

Shida ya short sight and a tiny nose … very hard to see beyond ones nose…

We don’t trust jubilee, they’re usually up to no good 99.99% of the time.

Kenya has indeed taken it.

Flat nosed low IQ Kenyans.

Winning of a non-permanent seat of the UN Security Council will not have any impact on the delimitation of the maritime boundary between Somalia and corrupt Kenya.

Somalia requested the Court to determine the complete course of the maritime boundary between Somalia and Kenya in the Indian Ocean, including in the continental shelf beyond 200 nautical mile, on the basis of international law, Somalia further requested the Court to determine the precise geographical co‑ordinates of the single maritime boundary in the Indian Ocean.

Furthermore, Kenya legislation formally recognized an equidistance boundary line in the territorial sea and the Kenya legislature expressly reaffirmed the existence of an equidistant boundary line time and time again in 1979, 1972, 1977 and 1989, it is well documented, A recognized maritime boundary between two countries is not easily changed.

This equidistant boundary line between Somalia and Kenya is recognized by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and kenya government.

In 2009, The United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea rejected the registration of this parallel boundary line claimed by the corrupt Kenya government.
