One of the mistake Raila made is picking Martha Karua. Kirinyaga are not close to Kikuyus but Embus. Most of Kikuyus don’t understand their language. RUTO could have choose Kindiki but realized that even Meru can’t support a Tharaka. I believe Sabina could have delivered. She has content and is mainstream kikuyu.

Kikuyu understand even Meru. My point is native speaking. Kirinyaga don’t speak native kikuyu language. They somehow use Kikuyu and Embu words. Kikuyus don’t consider Kirinyaga as Kikuyus unless it’s a election period. Raila should not have gambled on this. He should have gone for a nyeri, muranga or kiambu guy.

I’ve called you out before for being a fake Gikúyu! Kirinyaga people are just Gikúyus with an accent. What you know as kimeru is actually imenti, one of the nine dialects that is spoken by the meru people. Meru is not one person like Gikúyu,Kamba or Luo. They are nine ! These nine meru’s don’t even understand each other.they use the imenti dialect as their lingua franca Also their cultures are very different from each other.ergo your points are moot once again.

Your argument don’t hold. How many votes did baba Get in Kirinyaga now that they had their own to be VP? Kirinyaga would have vote at least 90% for Baba because of Martha but that didnt happen. RAILA is poison which GEMA community couldn’t swallow even with fake Muthamaki persuasion.
