Most fraud, financial, agricultural, dams, banks/personal investment schemes etc are conducted via the same ROUND TABLE.
One wonders, why we have eyes, yet we do not see. We arrest the front men and women and release them: we cannot track most of the money via them. The organisers move on to the next scheme often they working on multiple schemes, having a hawks eye on where the money in the country is see located, in fact tracking it from treasury, businesses, personal savingd, etc in order to empty it out of this country.
