87,000 flights take place in the US a day. I repeat 87 fucking thousand and they have an average mean of just around 5 aircraft events a day out of the 87,000.That seems pretty negligible considering most don’t even result in fatalities.
The data for our side is non existent but I will bet not even 500 flights take place in a day.

Human error is one of so many other reasons. I trained in kenya and the quality is better than abroad when it comes to this type of aircraft simply coz most schools use analogue technology. Glass cockpits are easy to use. Most schools abroad use them. So, please play kenyan music
