Hehehehe I heard about lemon juice kwa daktari miti shamba. The ones that “preach” at the top of their voices at the markets without minding the children around. He was like “wanawake nawaambia hivi, hiyo kitoweo ukiosha na maji ya ndimu mzee ataimba Hallelujah” Never tried it though. I just do my kegel hata nikiwa kwa matatu.
