Kuna pc app ya hyo battery health pia sio lazima uende bios. Maybe hyo ndo ilileta notification ukaweka on unknowingly

Nimejaribu HP hardware diagnostics na battery test na sioni shida. Google has not been useful at all.

there is no problem with your battery ni settings tuh utachange , kuna laptop pia hufika 90% full charge and this is a batterry protection method and is adjustable.
