i have once experienced the same thing. This was my solution. Hard reset it, take out the battery and press the power button for atleast 10 secs and the you put it back in place. That should have it come back to life.
Hiyo ikikataa… weka cd ya windows hapo ndani, ama ya ubuntu kama uko nayo… boot to to CD drive, once it does that, just shutdown and power on again… nothing really to explain what happens here but i have seen it work…
